clonal trial was initiated with 19 varieties and one check. The varieties tested were
LK.364, LG. 7334, G. 72128, Co 7220, Co 7702, Co 7705, Co 7712, Co 7715, Co 7801, Co 7802,
Co 7803, Co 7804, Co 7805, Co 7806, Co 7807,Co 7808, Co 7809, Co 7810, Co 7811 and Co 6415
was included as check. The final harvest of the crop was done on 14lth February 1980. All
the details of the trial are appended in Table 1.
