An interactive Common User Self-Service kiosk is a computer-like device that provides people (Farmers) with self-service access to products and services provided by “Godavari Biorefineries Ltd”. Kiosks are typically placed in Villages, company campus, and Circle offices where personal computers are not available.Like a home or office PC, unlike a
 
 
regular PC, a kiosk typically performs only a few specific tasks, which are mostly required by Farmers for example every time the farmer needs to know his Land details, Cane Supply, Payments details, Tentative date of cane harvest and Application submission for services provided by the company.
 
     
     
     
 
The farmer can view database on fingertip from his village. KIOSK is a multilingual (English, Kannada, Hindi, Marathi) information system. The farmer can browse his information in local language too. This will ensure better transparency on the part of filed staff as well as organization and eventually leading the development of cordial relationship with cane growers.
